Privacy Policy for Hosted n8n Environment

This Privacy Policy describes how Tech-Innova Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our customer-facing hosted n8n environment, related websites, automations, workflows, integrations, support activities, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you service-related or transactional messages regarding your account, subscription, security updates, billing matters, or important changes to the Service.

14. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or under a different age threshold where required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

15. Customer Responsibilities

If you are a customer using the Service to process personal information, you are responsible for:

  • determining whether the Service is suitable for your intended processing activities;

  • configuring the Service and connected integrations in compliance with applicable law;
  • responding to data subject requests where you act as controller or business; and
  • ensuring that you do not submit data to the Service that is prohibited by your agreement with us or unsupported by our technical and contractual controls.
